7-Day Return/Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return/refund policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Product: If the product is delivered to you in a damaged condition, we will gladly accept returns and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
2. Incorrect Product: In the event that you receive a different product than the one you ordered, we will accept returns and offer a full refund or exchange for the correct product.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@cloned.store within 7 days of receiving your order, stating the reason for the return and providing any relevant details.
2. Provide Evidence: You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product as part of your return request.
3. Approval: Once your return request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the product back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
• Items returned without prior authorization or outside of the 7-day return period.
